Monticello Homes received 4 Star Awards from the Texas Association of Builders at the Sunbelt Builders Show on July 24, 2014.  We won the following Custom Builder categories: Best Architectural Design $700 – $999K, Best Master Bathroom $800 – $999K, Best Master Bedroom $800-$950K and Best Specialty Room $750 – $950K.  All of the awards were from our 2013 Parade of Homes in Cibolo Canyons.
